WHO IS GLENCLAIR?

Glenclair Financial is a Sydney-based specialist commercial and asset finance brokerage, founded by former senior bankers who spent decades as commercial bankers and running teams inside Westpac and CBA. Decades of banking experience, now working for you. Every deal we run draws on years spent on the other side of the negotiating table, seeing exactly how banks price risk and where they actually have room to move.

We started Glenclair because too many business owners were accepting the first terms their bank offered, without ever finding out what a competing lender — bank or non-bank — would do for the same deal. Between us, we bring a collective history of over $1 billion in transactions across commercial refinance, business acquisition finance, property development finance, and equipment & asset finance.

How We're Paid — In Full

Glenclair Financial is paid by the lender, as part of their standard commission — never by you. We run every deal across our full panel of 60+ lenders, spanning the Big Four, second tier, third tier, and private credit, so you always see competing offers rather than a single recommendation. If we can't put you in a better position than you're in today, we'll tell you directly, and there's no charge either way. Debt advisory services are the exception, provided under a retainer and success-fee structure.
